Hi friends-
Just wanted to officially let you all know that our team made it back safely (about 3 weeks ago). Saying good-bye was more than tough due to a mistake in reading our departure time, making for a less than 30 second good-bye and no time for final hugs. As disappointing as that felt, we still left with the overwhelming blessing that God had chosen "us" to be a part of the glory He is working there at Rainbow Village in the Philippines. We are excited for all that was accomplished by the girls and by their beautiful efforts. We had a wonderful team full of unique, talented and spirited ladies, and I am grateful to them for their willingness to step out in faith and trust our Lord (and me) for all that was in store for them. Thanks for your cooperative hearts and all that your gifts brought to Rainbow Village. I know you will not be forgotten!
We thank each of your for supporting us in EACH & EVERY way that you have. . .prayer, donations, artwork, presence in our lives and at our events, appreciation of the artwork and our vision and the list goes on. We are excited to show you the artwork that the girls created, but we'll need a short break to re-adjust before we get back in the game. We are looking forward to a Fall art show to celebrate this trip.
